1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

You will receive a notification with your consignment number (tracking ID) once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times via India Post Speed Post are:

• Within Kerala: 2 – 3 business days
• Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, postal delays, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE delivery on all orders within India. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it on the India Post website using the Consignment Number provided. You can also use our order tracking page on this website.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional re-delivery charges. Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are accurate at the time of placing your order.

6. Order Process

• Customer chooses a product.
• Banakia confirms product availability and price.
• Customer provides name, address, PIN code, mobile number, and payment preference.
• Banakia confirms the order.
• Product is packed and booked through India Post or another available courier/postal system.
• Tracking number is shared.
• Customer receives delivery.
• Banakia follows up for feedback and repeat order.
