Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 01 June 2026At BANAKIA Marketing, we are committed to delivering our functional wellness products to your doorstep safely and efficiently. Below are the terms that govern our shipping and delivery processes.
1. Dispatch Timelines
All confirmed orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 24 to 48 hours, subject to product availability. If there is a delay due to stock issues, our customer service cell will notify you immediately.
2. Shipping Partners & Tracking
We partner with industry-leading courier services, primarily Delhivery and Shiprocket, to ensure safe delivery across Kerala and the rest of India.
- As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link.
- Status updates and delivery tracking details will be sent directly to your registered mobile number via SMS and WhatsApp.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
While delivery timelines depend on carrier efficiency, general estimates are as follows:
- Within Kerala: 2 to 4 business days.
- Neighboring South Indian States: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
- NRI / International Deliveries: 7 to 14 business days (subject to destination customs clearances).
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at the time of checkout based on weight, volume, and destination pincode. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where a replacement is issued due to a transit defect or incorrect supply caused directly by BANAKIA.
5. Refused Deliveries & Non-Delivery
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if a delivery is refused without a valid verified reason, the original shipping charges and returning parcel expenses may be deducted from the customer's final refund.
