Return & Refund Policy

At BANAKIA, customer trust is our highest priority. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase under certain circumstances, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

A customer may request a replacement or refund if:

  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product was damaged during transit.
  • Product was expired at the time of delivery.
  • Seal was broken before delivery.
  • Major packing defect is found.
  • Product is missing from the order.

⏱ Customers should inform BANAKIA within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, wrong, or defective product claims.

2. Not Eligible for Return

Return or refund may not be available if:

  • Product is opened and used.
  • Customer does not like the taste after opening.
  • Product was stored wrongly after delivery.
  • Request is made after the allowed time period.
  • Customer ordered the wrong product by mistake.
  • Product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, contact us via:

Proof Required: Customer should share Order number, Product photo, Packing photo, Batch number, Delivery photo (if available), and a short explanation of the issue.

4. Return Approval

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, customers may be instructed to return the product to the address specified by BANAKIA, or BANAKIA may arrange a pickup service. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials.

5. Refund Policy

Upon successful verification of the returned product, you may choose:

  • Replacement of the product.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Refund to the original mode of payment.

Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders Not Yet Dispatched

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting BANAKIA customer support. Any applicable refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the Return Policy above.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on the part of BANAKIA. If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the original shipping cost and any return shipping expenses may be deducted from the refund amount.
