The Founder Story

My name is Gireesh Kumar, and I am the founder of Banakia Marketing.

People often celebrate success stories, but behind every successful journey are struggles, disappointments, and the courage to continue. Mine has been no different.

My entrepreneurial journey began decades ago. In the early 1980s, I dreamed of building a manufacturing business in Kerala. I underwent training programs conducted by reputed institutions and explored opportunities in the rubber industry. But circumstances beyond my control forced me to abandon that venture before it could even begin.

Life moved on, and I gained more than 25 years of experience in marketing and relationship building. I learned that products alone do not create businesses. Trust does.

Over the years, I became deeply interested in nutrition, wellness, and natural living. This passion eventually led to the development of wellness products under the Tujas Herbal brand, alongside my business partners. The journey brought valuable experience in manufacturing, product development, quality control, and the realities of running a business.

But it also brought setbacks. There were financial struggles. Products that did not perform as expected. Business models that looked promising but failed in practice. There were moments of disappointment and self-doubt. Like many entrepreneurs, I discovered that failures often teach more than successes.

BANAKIA Marketing was born from those lessons. I did not want to build just another company that sells products. I wanted to create a platform built on something more meaningful — trust.

At BANAKIA, we believe that customers are not just buyers. They are families placing their confidence in our recommendations. That trust is sacred.

Our mission is simple: to identify, develop, and market products that are natural, functional, of good quality, and safe for the people who choose them.

We do not believe in shortcuts. We do not believe in making unrealistic promises. We believe in honesty, continuous learning, and serving customers with responsibility.

We believe that clean living habits, better food choices, and a cleaner environment can support the body’s natural maintenance and wellness systems. Banakia products are created and selected with this thought in mind.

Many of the products we promote are inspired by traditional wisdom, improved through practical experience, and selected with care. Our question remains the same: "Would I confidently recommend this to my own family?" If the answer is no, it has no place in BANAKIA.
